Goodbye my beautiful Mum, you would have been proud of the sendoff your “kids” gave you. We kept it short and sweet like you asked, and family only. Lots of tears and lots of love and memories of the lovely lady who was our life. You will be remembered with much love. No more pain gorgeous. Love you forever Mum. Kerryn and Ron.
The Greys were a huge part of my growing up and I remember gatherings with Karlene, Kerryn, Janine, Meryl and June very very fondly. Not sure how Lyn and Ern, Kevin and Betty originally met but there were many happy times together.
Betty is the last of a long line of that generation.
I am sure they will be now reminiscing over many a good day on the tennis court, or that last great putt.
And a cup of tea not far away. Rest well dear Betty.
Travel well Betty – you always looked after me with so much grace. I’m glad you are finally free of all these earthly troubles. Much love – Mike
