I found this online and felt it appropriate for our family:
In light of our new beginning God commands that, in return, we forgive others and extend grace as we have been shown grace. It can be one of the hardest things we face in life. The pain and hurt others cause us is real and great. But the pain of living with bitterness and unforgiveness can poison your soul and destroy you. When we forgive others we are not saying what they did was OK, but we are releasing them to God and letting go of it’s hold on us. Forgiveness does not forget, but it does set us free from bitterness and grudges.

    No Farewell words were spoken
    No time to say good-bye
You were gone before we knew it
    And only God knows why
Our hearts still ache in sadness
And our tears will always flow
What it meant to lose you
    No one will ever know

To Dear Kevin, Pam and all the family
Please accept our deepest sympathy on the sad lose of Mum, (Margaret)
She was a beautiful soul inside and out, loving, kind empathetic and had the hugest of hearts
We will miss her so much, she was a real true friend to us and our family
    Fly high gorgeous lady
You will be very sadly missed, but will always hold a special place in our hearts
Love forever Stephanie & Bruce (Perth)

Adios mi abuela….it feels totally surreal to say goodbye to you via an online message platform but its the reality of where we are now in the world. An online funeral – I’d love to know how you feel about that what a world huh, but Im grateful I can leave you a message even from the other side of the world in Spain. It’s been a lifetime since I last saw you but from the moment I learnt the news that you had moved to the next life, I’ve had the most wonderful memories of my childhood with you grandma. I see Becky and Buffy, you running to protect me from a nasty goose, long lessons in the kitchen to both terrifying and leaving me in awe at the same time of your ability to kill, gut, pluck and cook a turkey all with your own bare hands! Always so composed and immaculately dressed, I loved how you were never afraid of hard work and to get your hands dirty. A trait I can say you most definitely have left many of your girls including me. Te quiero abuelita, espero que puedes descansar en paz. Tu nieta x Chelsea

In the Arms of the Angels, fly away from here
You’re in the arms of the Angels, may you find some comfort there

I can’t be there to mourn you mum, border restrictions keep me away
Know that you are in my heart and in my thoughts, each and every day
    Rest now my mother. Jennifer
